

Strawberry margaritas will always be my favourite, but seeing as this was the last in my Cinco de Mayo Week post (the other two posts are here: Mexican BBQ Burger and Crunchy Baked Tilapia Tacos, in case you missed them) I knew I had to do something special. So, although I don't like plain lime margaritas, I do loooove trashed up margaritas, with so many ingredients thrown in that you can't even taste the tequila. If the taste of raw lime juice is better than the liquid you just drank, maybe you shouldn't be drinking it.? Just sayin'. I hate it that much that I've never once gone through the unusual shot process that the whole world seems to connect through when you lick salt off your hand, down a shot of tequila and then bite on a lime. I don't really like plain margaritas - probably because I don't like the taste of tequila.

Now, back to these amazing margaritas and my efforts to attract attention away from the fuzzy red by taking photos at weird angles. I'm planning on buying a brand new camera this month (yay!) so hopefully that will fix the problem.
